When you submit a quote request or email enquiry, we may receive your name, company, email address, project details, schedules, drawings, artwork and other information needed to review the work.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, clarify requirements, produce approved work and maintain an appropriate commercial record of the order.
File uploads
Uploaded files are used only for reviewing and processing the enquiry or order. Do not upload personal information that is not required for the engraving project.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for enquiries, orders, repeat work, accounting and legal obligations. Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers where required to deliver the order, such as delivery companies.
