CO₂ engraving and MOPA fibre marking serve different materials.
The correct laser process depends on the material and the required result. We review the job before production rather than forcing every label through one process.
| CO₂ laser | Rigid engraving laminate, acrylic and other compatible non-metallic labelling materials. |
|---|---|
| MOPA fibre | Suitable stainless steel, anodised aluminium and selected coated metals. |
| Information | Text, logos, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes and variable data schedules. |
| Fixing | Adhesive backing, drilled holes or bespoke fixing requirements depending on the material. |

Colour combinationsSelected to suit legibility, panel standards and the working environment.
Shapes and sizesStandard rectangles, discs and bespoke outlines where the process allows.
Variable schedulesConsistent layouts with changing text, asset IDs or QR data.
Repeat workApproved information can support later replacement and phased production.
Choosing the right format
For most BMS and panel work, rigid laminate gives clear contrast and efficient repeat production. Metal is better where a permanent metallic tag or data plate is required. The quote form asks for the intended environment, material preference and fixing method so the job can be reviewed correctly.
